Photos: 'Twelfth Night' Reading at Mashashimuet Park

The reading starred Piper Perabo as Viola.

The Bay Street Shakespeare Initiative and Hamptons Shakespeare Festival recently presented Twelfth Night or What You Will by William Shakespeare.

The reading took place last Friday and Saturday nights at Mashashimuet Park in Sag Harbor. Both readings were free to all guests.

In addition, a VIP outdoor concert reading of the play took place on Sunday at a private home, hosted by Patty and Jay Baker.

Guests were treated to a dinner prepared by Owner Chef Todd Jacobs from Fresh Hamptons in Bridgehampton.

Some of the guests that attended the event included: Bruce Sloan, Patti McGahey, Rick Palin, David Bray, Tracy Mitchell, Michael Moreno, Jodi Moreno (all pictured above).

The cast included Piper Perabo (Covert Affairs) who starred as Viola.

“This is our second year of free outdoor readings of Shakespeare and we are so pleased that so many attended,” Scott Schwartz, Bay Street’s Artistic Director said.

The event featured direction by Scott Schwartz, and original music and sound design by Hamptons Shakespeare Festival’s Artistic Director, David M. Brandenburg.

In addition to Perabo, the production also starred Dan Amboyer as Sebastian, Kyle Barisich as Antonio, Nick Cearley as Feste, Sean Dugan as Malvolio, Robert Eli as Duke Orsino, Julia Motyka as Olivia, Josh Gladstone as Sir Toby Belch, Lucas Hall as Sir Andrew Aguecheek, Neal Kelley as Captain, Austyn Myers as Valentine, Nancy Johnston as Priest and Kate Mueth as Maria.
