Police Investigating Body Found on Penny Lane; Don't Suspect Foul Play
Police said the investigation is non-criminal.
Suffolk County Police are investigating a report of a body found at the end of Penny Lane in Hampton Bays, but do not believe the death is suspicious.
Suffolk County police said Friday at 4:30 p.m. that they can't provide details, but said it is a non-criminal investigation.
A call came into Southampton police about the body at 6:00 a.m.
