Quogue Police Log: Drug and DWI Arrests

Editor’s Note: The following information was supplied by the Quogue Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

• On Oct. 31 at 10:12 p.m., Quogue police charged Michael Caprari, 49 of Eastport, with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, a misdemeanor. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. Police said Caprari was stopped for having no taillights on Montauk Highway.

• On Nov. 8 at 10:16 p.m., police charged Adam Desesa 29 of Eastport, with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said he was stopped on County Road 104 for speeding.

• On the Nov. 10 at 2:55 a.m., Quogue police charged Kyle Banks, 20, of Moriches, with unlawful possession marijuana, a violation and driving while ability impaired by drugs, a violation. He was stopped on Midhampton Avenue for failing to stop at stop sign.
