HAMPTON BAYS, NY — Restaurateur Anthony Scotto and his wife have sold their waterfront Hampton Bays home, according to Douglas Elliman.
Located at 11 Mll Pond Road, the home was represented by Enzo Morabito of Douglas Elliman and sold for $3.199 million; the gated waterfront in Old Harbor Colony offers water views from practically every room.
The house, located in Old Harbor Colony, is a 3,800 sq. ft. retreat sited on .83 acres that features oak flooring throughout, a professional chef's kitchen, living room with fireplace, formal dining room, a sunroom, 4/5 bedrooms, a family room, and pool, as well as organic fertilized landscaping, according to Douglas Elliman.

Scotto, best known for his high-profile role at his parents' celebrity-friendly power spot Fresco by Scotto in midtown Manhattan, put the home, which includes two master bedrooms, up for sale last year.
