WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — Ryan Serhant, well known to viewers as the star of Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing: New York" filmed an episode of his new series at a Westhampton Beach business recently.

According to Kristy Verity, director of sales and marketing at Ocean Spray Hot Tubs and Saunas, Serhant was onhand to teach the shop's "underdog sales professional how to step it up and begin selling like a shark," while filming of his new series, "Sell It Like Serhant," debuting on Bravo on April 11 at 10 p.m.

The episode featuring Ocean Spray Hot Tubs and Saunas will debut on May 2 at 10 p.m. on Bravo.

The new docu-series “Sell It Like Serhant,” spotlights Serhant, the leader of one of the top real estate teams in the United States, who "answers the call of struggling salespeople across multiple industries who are on the brink of losing their jobs and are desperate for his expertise. With some tough love and humor, Ryan will give under-performing employees a head-to-toe business overhaul and turn them into sales machines," a release from Bravo Media said.

A description of the episode filmed at Ocean Spray Hot Tubs and Saunas reads: "Amanda is averaging less than one hot tub sale a month, and is now in hot water with her boss Joe. Ryan has just one week to show her how to have more fun with the selling process so he's willing to try anything, even if that means stepping into the customer’s shoes . . . or rather, bathing suit! Unfortunately, if Amanda can't find a way to be bubblier, she will not only lose her job but her house as well."

In each episode, Serhant is slated to "takes a deep dive into each protege’s world, using every trick in the book to become their bootcamp instructor, friend, teacher and even customer, to help them reach their full potential," a release said.

In Westhampton, staffers were thrilled with Serhant's visit: “Having Ryan Serhant and the Bravo crew filming in Westhampton Beach was a blast," said Kristy Verity, director of sales and marketing for Ocean Spray Hot Tubs and Saunas. "The town was abuzz last summer and we had lots of visitors stop by to meet Ryan and our staff."

Westhampton realtors, she added, were the first to show face, greeting their industry pro. . . and Ryan showed the town some love by walking Main Street and stopping into local businesses to say 'hi.'"

The Ocean Spray team, Verity added, will watch the episode for the first time along with viewers. "We are excited to see how the drama unfolds on screen," she said.

Serhant’s first day in the real estate business was on September 15, 2008, the day Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy in the wake of the subprime mortgage collapse.

Serhant is known to audiences all over the world as one of the stars of "Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing: New York" and real estate "powerhouse" — his team at Nest Seekers International sold just under $1 billion in real estate in 2017 and consistently ranks in the top five real estate teams nationwide in the Wall Street Journal Real Trends annual review, with Serhant consistently the youngest team leader in the Top 10, a release said.

“Sell It Like Serhant” is produced by World of Wonder with Fenton Bailey, Randy Barbato, Tom Campbell and Danielle King serving as executive producers along with Ryan Serhant and Rob Bola as co-executive producers.
