Westhampton Beach Police Log: DWI Arrests

• On Dec. 16, Wilfred Sullivan, Jr. 54, of Westhampton Beach, was charged with DWI, a felony because of prior convictions. His car was also seized under the Suffolk County seizure law.

Sullivan, police said, was pulled over at 12:49 a.m. on Sunset Avenue after he failed to signal. He was additionally charged with aggravated unlicensed, a felony due to prior convictions.

• Richard Cox, 27 of Calverton, was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, on Dec. 28 after police pulled him over at 4:00 a.m. on Old Riverhead Road after they caught him speeding on Montauk Highway.
