Westhampton Beach Students Celebrate Dr. Seuss' Birthday
The students celebrated earlier this week.
In recognition of Dr. Seuss’ birthday and Read Across America, students from Westhampton Beach Elementary School celebrated the day on Monday, March 2.
The students spent the day wearing Cat in the Hat hats, reading Dr. Seuss classics, creating their own rhymes and taking Dr. Seuss “selfies” with school librarian Joy Campagna.
Students in Lorraine Porcelli’s class (pictured above) participated in the festivities.
