Westhampton Free Library Earns 'American Star' Designation
"We work very hard to offer programs that enhance the Westhampton Beach community."

WESTHAMPTON BEACH, NY — For the eighth year, the Westhampton Free Library is one of several in Suffolk County to receive an American Star designation from the Library Journal.
The honor marks the 13th time that the library has been honored with a five-star status, a release said.
The Library Journal’s star ratings are based on a library’s annual patron visits, circulation, program attendance, and public internet computer use. The data is compiled annually by public libraries, reported to their states’ library agencies, and compiled nationally by the Institute of Museum and Library Services, library representatives said.
