Woman Charged With DWI Following Hampton Bays Crash
New York State Police reported the Manorville woman was "intoxicated" at the scene of the accident.
Leanne Kacinski, 19, of Manorville was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated on May 8 on Sunrise Highway in Hampton Bays, according to New York State Police.
A police investigation revealed Kacinski to be intoxicated following a motor vehicle collision, the report stated.
Kacinski was processed and issued traffic tickets and is scheduled to the Southampton Town Court on May 18.
