Dine Out has tapped celebrity chef and renowned restauranteur, Waldy Malouf, to bring the heat and flip the fun switch as Event Chair. Mr. Malouf currently serves as Senior Director of Food and Beverage Operations at The Culinary Institute of America. He has helped boost “Dine Out” participation with the recruitment of some of the culinary college’s premier restaurants like The Bocuse Restaurant, The American Bounty Restaurant and Apple Pie Bakery Café.

“All you have to do is go out to eat, have fun and then the restaurants will donate to this great hospital, “said Waldy Malouf, Event Chair, Celebrity Chef and Restauranteur. “We will raise our forks in support of the kids at Blythedale.”

With less than three months until the special event, there’s still many ways to get involved, such as signing on as participating restaurant or encouraging your favorite restaurant to sign up. In addition, you can become a “Dine Out” ambassador or host a table for friends and family at a participating venue.
