2 Cited for Disorderly Conduct Downtown

A White Plains man and woman police say began yelling obscenities at officers were arrested and cited for disorderly conduct Friday evening.
The male, 54, and female, 49, started the unprovoked confrontation with police at about 5:41 p.m. near the intersection of South Broadway and Mamaroneck Ave., according to an arrest report.
Police asked the man and woman to leave the area, but they refused, according to an arrest report. Police cited both with disorderly conduct, a violation. Both were transported to police headquarters and later released without bail.
