UPDATE: The Bronx River Parkway has reopened.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — Flooding has closed a portion of the Bronx River Parkway Thursday.

The state said the parkway is closed in both directions between Exit 21 Main Street and Exit 13 Ogden Road in the City of White Plains
