Roads Reopening Wednesday: UPDATE
Some parts of the Hudson Valley got more than four inches of rain Tuesday and there's a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Wednesday.

At 11 a.m. the Westchester County Department of Public Safety issued its final report about Tuesday's storms. All parkways are open. The Fisher lot and the County Center lot are still flooded.
UPDATE 9:50 a.m.: The Bronx River Parkway has reopened, all lanes and in all the places where it had flooded out Tuesday. Playland Parkway, the Saw Mill and the Cross County are open also. The Hutch is still partially closed.

HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Commuters have a problem Wednesday morning just as they did Tuesday evening -- Westchester's parkways are still flooded. It's not surprising, because according to the National Weather Service, parts of the county received more than four inches of rain.

The Bronx River Parkway is closed - north and southbound lanes are closed in several places.
The Hutchinson River Parkway is partially closed.
The Saw Mill River Parkway is partially closed.
The Cross County Parkway is partially closed.
The Playland Parkway is partially closed.
More rain is expected Wednesday. The National Weather Service updated its Hazardous Weather Outlook saying there is a risk of severe thunderstorms in the evening.
