Former Nursing Home To Become Apartments In White Plains
Plans for redevelopment of the property were approved at a recent Common Council meeting.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A long-vacant nursing home in White Plains will be turned into multi-family rental apartments. Plans for the redevelopment of the Nathan Miller nursing home were OK'd by the Common Council Aug. 5.
Developers will turn the 19,100-square-foot lot into 21 apartment units plus parking spaces, the Journal News reported.
The property is located at 37 DeKalb Ave.
