GHP Office Realty Announces 4 Long-Term Leases In Westchester

WHITE PLAINS, NY — GHP Office Realty announced Wednesday it has finalized four long-term leases totaling 195,000 square feet in three buildings. The leasing activity brings much of its Westchester portfolio to 100 percent occupied, according to a spokesperson. Two tenants leased 107,000 square feet at 660 White Plains Road in Tarrytown.

Prestige Brands, Inc. and ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP, will occupy 660 White Plains Road, a multi-tenanted 265,000 square foot office building in Tarrytown. When purchased in March of 2017, the property was 78 percent occupied. After completing a $5 million building-wide renovation, the building is now fully leased.

Prestige Brands is the building’s largest tenant, and after committing to a significant expansion and long term renewal, they will now occupy 68,886 square feet for its corporate headquarters on two floors, officials said. Prestige Brands distributes over-the-counter healthcare products.

ENT and Allergy has signed a 38,128 square foot new lease to relocate its corporate headquarters into the property. The firm has more than 195 physicians practicing in 40 different locations in seven counties in the New York metro area. The corporate headquarters space in Tarrytown will not only house the executive staff, but a state-of-the-art call center and data/IT center.

Separately, Fordham University renewed its 62,500 net lease at 400 Westchester Avenue in West Harrison, which serves as the University’s Westchester Campus. The campus is home to the Fordham School of Professional and Continuing Studies, the Gabelli School of Business, the Graduate School of Education, and the Graduate School of Social Service. The renewal ensures the campus will remain a vital part of Fordham University for decades to follow.

Finally, Interior Resources Group signed a 24,500 square foot lease at GHP’s 375 Executive Boulevard located in the Cross Westchester Executive Park in Elmsford. The new lease brings the 80,000 square foot property to 100 percent occupancy.
