Michelle Coletti from BHG Rand Realty Receives Realtor Honor

On Thursday, November 20 the Hudson Valley Builders and Remodelers Association recently hosted their 2014 Pinnacle Awards, which recognize outstanding performance by Westchester and Hudson Valley building professionals.

Among the evening’s 40 winning applications was the nomination of Michelle Coletti from BHG Rand Realty. Her subsequent selection to receive the award was based upon her 2014 performance in the listing, marketing, sale and/or leasing of new construction in the seven county region covered by the Association.

“In selecting an award winner we look for an agent from a member office that possesses superior knowledge of not just selling and leasing but more importantly, the development and construction process.” Noted Association Executive Officer Scott Wohl.

Among Ms. Coletti’s noted accomplishments was the recently secured agreement with Vibe Living, LLC, on 3 exclusive lease-up collaboration projects. All three of the Vibe Living projects are located in the City of White Plains with La Gianna on DeKalb currently leasing and all can been seen at www.vibeliving.com.
