New Luxury Apartments To Open In November In White Plains

WHITE PLAINS, NY — A new 16-story luxury apartment tower will be open to residents in November. The Continuum has been under construction for two years on Bank Street in White Plains.
The building has 288 units, 3,000 square feet of retail space and parking underground for 381 cars, the Journal News said.
According to the Continuum website, amenities include a sky lounge, poolside terrace, a two-story lobby with a 24-hour concierge and roof-top club room.

Studios rent from $2,160 to $2,380 per month. One-bedrooms go from $2,680 to $2,955 per month. Two-bedrooms range from $3,550 to $4,220 per month.
Nov. 15 is the date tenants can start moving in.
