Police Accuse City Man of Marijuana Possession
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
A White Plains man smaoking a joint on Robertson Ave. was arrested and charged with criminal posession of marijuana this week, police say.
A passing officer noticed the man, 18, smoking what appeared to be a marijuana cigarette near the street at 77 Robertson Ave. in White Plains at about 8:18 p.m. on Oct. 10, according to an arrest report.
Police charged the man with criminal possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor. He was later released and is due in court Oct. 25.
