Police: City Man Caught Selling Cocaine
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

Police arrested two men they say were involved in a drug deal on Minerva Pl. in White Plains early Saturday morning.
Shane Barbour, 28, of 70 Ferris Ave. in White Plains, is accused of selling a small amount of cocaine to Nicholas O'Rourke, 23, of 14 Park Pl., West Harrison. Barbour has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh-degree, a misdemeanor.
O'Rourke faces a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh-degree, a misdemeanor.

Police say Barbour was waiting suspiciously near 1 Minerva Pl. at about 12:50 a.m. when O'Rourke approached him. After a brief conversation, police say Barbour handed O'Rourke a small item in exchange for money.
Police stopped O'Rourke nearby and found a small piece of plastic containing cocaine in his possession, according to an arrest report. O'Rourke was placed under arrest.

At about 2 a.m. police say they spotted Barbour getting into a cab near the area of the alleged drug deal. Police stopped the cab and arrested Barbour.
Both men were processed at police headquarters and held for court.
