Ritz-Carlton In White Plains To Become Marriott Hotel
The Ritz-Carlton in White Plains will be renovated to become a Marriott International Autograph Collection Hotel.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — After the announcement that the Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester was going to close, the owners — Glacier Capital Partners — announced plan to operate the site as a Marriott International Autograph Collection Hotel. A complete multi-million dollar renovation should be finish in early 2021.
Glacial said the redesign will meet the demands of affluent travelers seeking accommodations that are luxurious and contemporary, Westfaironline reported.
All 146 hotel rooms will be renovated, and there will be a new lobby bar, lounge, gym, spa and pool.

According to a WARN notice filed with the state labor department, the Ritz-Carlton New York, Westchester said it was closing Sept. 10. The hotel began furloughing employees March 14.
The hotel is located at 3 Renaissance Square in White Plains.
