The Westchester County executive also went over the latest coronavirus numbers.
WHITE PLAINS, NY — Westchester County clarified some of the rules and regulations the state put in place regarding wedding receptions and catered events.
Deputy County Executive Ken Jenkins said, as of Monday, the state is allowing wedding receptions and catered events to resume.
Among the regulations are venues being restricted to 50 percent capacity, with no more than 150 attendees per event, and all people attending must have proof of a recent negative test result or proof of immunization prior to the event.

Jenkins said you will have to show the proof of vaccination — two weeks after the Johnson & Johnson shot or the second Moderna or Pfizer shot — because one's word will not be enough.
All people attending the event will be required to sign in with contact information in order to assist with possible contact tracing.

Masks will be required at all times except when seated and eating and drinking.
Jenkins also said that ceremonial and socially distanced dancing will be allowed only in designated areas.
