Stepinac High School Football Team Appears on 'GMA'
The team won the New York Catholic High Athletic Association Championship last week.

WHITE PLAINS, NY - Archbishop Stepinac High School’s championship Crusaders varsity football team was seen this morning, Dec. 7, by millions of viewers of ABC News’ top-rated show “Good Morning America.”
The producers of the morning live news broadcast invited the team to be recognized on camera for winning their first-ever Catholic High School Athletic Association New York State Football Championship crown last week by defeating St. Francis High School, 42-28.

The appearance on national TV represented the biggest shout out yet heard and seen for the White Plains-based Crusaders and Stepinac.
