Westchester Office Properties Sold
Different buyers purchased the two properties for a combined $67 million.
WHITE PLAINS, NY — Two Westchester office properties will be changing hands. SL Green Realty Corp. announced recently that properties in Valhalla and Rye Brook have been sold to different buyers for a combined sale price of about $67 million.
In Valhalla, 115-117 E. Stevens Ave. included two office buildings totaling 178,000 square feet.
Reckson Executive Park in Rye Brook, which is located at 1-6 International Drive, consists of six class-A office buildings, totaling 540,000 square feet.

SL Green, which did not name the buyers, said that the Valhalla property is expected to close in the second quarter of 2018, and the Rye Brook property is excepted to close in the third quarter of 2018.
