White Plains Farmers Market Set To Open For Season

Health and safety guidelines will be followed by vendors and customers.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — The downtown farmers market in the city of White Plains is coming back for the season.

The market will be open weekly beginning Wednesday, April 21.

Hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Court Street, between Main Street and Martine Avenue through Nov. 24.

To provide the safest possible environment for customers and vendors, the White Plains farmers market will operate under the following guidelines:

  • Masks will be required to be worn by both vendors and customers.
  • Vendor booths will be appropriately distanced.
  • Customer traffic will be managed within the market to eliminate congregating and to promote social distancing.

Organizers said produce vendors will come from local farms in upstate New York, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
