Man Swears at Cops, Thrashes in Back of Squad Car: Police

Mount Kisco man charged with disorderly conduct in downtown White Plains.

A 21-year-old Mount Kisco man was arrested in White Plains last Saturday after drunkenly grabbing strangers and swearing at cops, authorities said.

Police spotted the reveler on Waller Avenue at 3:39 a.m., where he was intoxicated and hollering at passers-by, police said. The man was also grasping at strangers, police added.

Cops asked the man to stop several times, according to reports, but he refused—and then planted his feet in front of a nearby car, snarling traffic. He also yelled, "f--k you, cops," police said.

The man was arrested shortly after, and when placed in the back of the squad car, slammed his head against the cage, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and held overnight for 9 a.m. city court.
