WHITE PLAINS, NY — An eight-grade White Plains student could be on her way to the Olympics. Alexa Reyna, who is a student at Highlands Middle School, qualified earlier this month to compete at Team USA's Olympic Trials.
Reyna competed for the Westchester Aquatics Club and swam a time of 16.48.25 in the 1,500 meter race to qualify, the Journal News reported.
