Woman Stuffed Stolen Clothes in Her Pants: Cops
Local woman arrested, charged with petty larceny.
A White Plains woman was arrested last Friday after pilfering clothes from the Macy's at 100 Main Street, police said.
The 54-year-old entered Macy's at about 7 p.m.—and proceeded to hide a hat in her pants, gloves in her jacket pocket and put on a second jacket beneath her first.
The items totaled $184.50, police said.

Police arrested the local woman shortly afterward, charging her with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was released on $500 bail.
