41 Affordable Williamsburg Apts. Now Taking Applications
Studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments are available at 410 Manhattan Ave.
WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Applications are now being accepted for 41 affordable apartments at The Meekerman located at 410 Manhattan Ave.
Four studio apartments are renting for between $788 and $1082 per month, and are open to single households making between $28,355 and $50,800 annually.
A total of 10 one-bedroom apartments are renting for between $532 and $1162 per month, and are open to households of one or two people making between $19,612 and $58,000 annually.

Additionally, 27 two-bedroom apartments will rent for between $647 and $1403 per month, and are available for households of 2-4 people making between $23,589 and $72,480 annually.
Applications will be accepted until Dec. 8.

An application can be requested by mail by sending a self-addressed envelope to: The Meekerman, Colonial Park Station, P.O. Box #1181, New York, NY 10039.
Those with questions can call the rental office at 718-388-9407.
The building's amenities include landscaped roof terrace and outdoor recreation space with a playground, community room, laundry and indoor bike storage.
Community Board 1 residents will receive preference when filling half of the units, while municipal employees will receive preference for when filling 5 percent of them.
Those will mobility disabilities will receive 5 percent of the apartments, and those with visual and hearing disabilities will receive 2 percent.
