4 New Affordable Units Available in Williamsburg

The odds are long, but the building is on the street where "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" was filmed.

EAST WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Four new affordable units have opened up on Orient Avenue, just steps away from the former home of Clementine Kruczynski.

In case that name isn't familiar: Clementine was the character played by Kate Winslet in Michel Gondrey's 2004 film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

She lived (and was filmed) in a Victorian house formerly located at 59 Orient Ave., a property that soon fell into disrepair, according to the Brooklyn Paper. The once-stately structure was demolished in 2010, Brownstoner reported.
