- 3 one-bedroom units are available for $741 per month for 1-2 people collectively making $26,778 - $43,500 annually.
- 7 2-bedroom units are available for $900 per month for 2-4 people collectively making $32,263 - $54,360 annually.
The building's amenities include a video intercom system, a roof terrace, a fitness center, and (for a fee) parking and storage space.
