$670 Studios In Williamsburg Hit Housing Lottery
Snag an affordable apartment on the NYC Housing Connect website.
WILLIAMSBURG — A slew of affordably-priced apartments, some of which cost only $670 per month, are available in a new building on Grand Street.
New Yorkers can now apply for one of 38 apartments available in a new building with an outdoor garden and laundry room at 695 Grand St., according to the New York City Housing Connect website.
There are seven studios, eleven one-bedrooms, fourteen two-bedrooms and six three-bedrooms available to New Yorkers who meet specific income requirements.

Studios:
- Two $670 units are available to people earning between $24,858 and $33,400 a year.
- Two $820 units are available to people earning between $30,000 and $40,080 a year.
- Three $1,254 units are available to people earning between $44,880-$86,640 a year.
One-Bedrooms:

- Four $721 units are available to households earning between $26,675 and $38,200 a year.
- Four $881 units are available to households earning between $32,160 and $45,840 a year.
- Three $1,577 units are available to households earning between $56,023 and $99,320 a year.
Two-Bedrooms:
- Five $871 units are available to households earning between $31,852 and $47,700 a year.
- Four $1,064 units are available to households earning between $38,468 and $57,240 a year.
- Two $1,597 units are available to households earning up to $28,620 a year.
- Three $1,899 units are available to households earning between $67,098 and $124,020 a year.
Three Bedrooms:
- Two $1,001 units are available to households earning between $36,892 and $55,350 a year.
- Two $1,223 units are available to households earning between $44,503 and $66420 a year
- Two $2,056 units are available to households earning up to $33,210 a year.
The newly-constructed eight-story building stands on the corner of Grand Street and Manhattan Avenue and is within walking distance of the Grand Street L train station and the Metropolitan Avenue G train station.
St. Nick’s Alliance commissioned the 80,516 square-foot building which was designed by Magnusson Architecture and Planning.
Residents will have access to a setback roof on the sixth floor bedecked with planters, according to the building’s architects.
Applications can be submitted through the New York City housing lottery website and are due by Dec. 29.
