The three Williamsburg apartments are the only ones in the neighborhood on the affordable housing lottery, but they join many others available in North Brooklyn up for grabs.

One of those buildings is a Greenpoint development at 215 Freeman St., where an unspecified number of one or two-bedroom apartments became available for a wait list on Dec. 19 and will stay open until Jan. 23.

Those apartments will go to those that make at least $77,829 per year for the one-bedroom and at least $93,703 per year for the two-bedroom.

The options in North Brooklyn also include apartments in Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, East New York and Brownsville. Many have similar salary requirements as the Williamsburg and Greenpoint buildings but a few have no salary requirement or can go to those making as little as $31,000 a year.
