WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — A new building in Williamsburg is now taking applications for nine affordable units.

The property, located at 11 Jackson St., features a gym and laundry facilities. Applications for the affordable apartments will only be accepted until July 13. Here's the breakdown of the affordable available available:

• 3 studios for one occupant are available for $882 per month. To qualify, individuals must make between $30,240 and $38,100 annually.
• 4 one-bedroom apartments for one or two people are available for $945 per month. To qualify, individuals can make between $32,400 and $38,100 annually, and couples can collectively make between $32,400 and $43,500 annually.
• 2 two-bedroom apartments are available for two, three or four people for $1,134 per month. To qualify, households can make between $38,880 and $54,360 annually.
