The Throop Avenue spots join two other North Brooklyn buildings that are on the list.
Those apartments, found at 135 and 135 Meserole Ave. and 223 Manhattan Ave., include four one-bedroom spots, three on Manhattan Avenue and one at Meserole, and a two-bedroom unit at Meserole Avenue.
The cheapest options are the Meserole Avenue apartments, which will go to those making 60 percent of the area median income.
For the one-bedroom spot, that means that those who make at least $32,499 per year can apply. The rent is $947 per month for that unit. The two-bedroom spot will cost $1,072 per month and can go to those making at least $36,755 per year. In the Manhattan Avenue building, applicants should make more than double that amount.
The three one-bedroom spots will go for $2,276 per month and require a $78,035 minimum salary.
The deadline to apply to the Throop Avenue building is Sep. 23, Sept. 10 for the two Meserole Avenue buildings and Sept. 9 for the Manhattan Avenue building.
