
EAST WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Three affordably-priced apartments in prime East Williamsburg will hit the housing lottery on Tuesday, city records show.
The newly-constructed units at 126 Boerum St. will be up for grabs through the NYC Housing Lottery from Jan. 30 until Feb. 21, according to city records.
The three one-bedroom apartments go for $2,253 a month and are available to a single person earning between $77,246 and $86,840 a year, or two people earning between $77,246 and $99,320 a year.

There is a laundry room in the building, which is within walking distance of the G, J, M and L trains.
