Dead Man Found On G Train Platform

Cops found a man in his 40s dead with no signs of trauma on the Nassau stop platform on Friday morning, they said.

GREENPOINT, BROOKLYN — A man in his 40s was found dead on the platform of the Nassau Avenue station of the G train early Friday morning, cops said. At around 1:54 a.m., police received a 911 call of an unconscious man on the southbound platform, according to the NYPD. Officers found the man unconscious and responsive, and emergency responders transported him to Woodhull hospital, where he was pronounced dead, cops said. There were no obvious signs of trauma, and the investigation into his death is ongoing, police said.
