GREENPOINT, BROOKLYN — Lottery applications are now being accepted for two affordable apartments in a new Greenpoint development.
The Belvedere LXVIII (that's 68, for the non-Romans reading this), is located at 210 Java St. The building has a shared roof deck and an elevator.
A single one bedroom unit is renting for $947 per month, and is available for one person making $32,469 - $38,100 per year, or two people making $32,469 - $43,500 per year.

There's also a two-bedroom unit renting for $1,071 per year, available for two to four people making $36,755 - $54,360 per year.
One of the units will be prioritized for residents of Community Board 1. Those with physical or visual disabilities are encouraged to apply, as are municipal employees.

Applications will be accepted until Nov. 15 online. Mailed-in applications must be postmarked by that date.
