The housing lottery for 383 Hewes St. closes at midnight Monday.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Monday is the last day to snag an affordable apartment in a recently renovated Williamsburg apartment building.

The affordable housing lottery for eight units at 383 Hewes St. closes at midnight on Aug. 28. The two- and three-bedroom apartments are available to household who make the required annual income.

There are two two-bedroom apartments with a monthly rent of $1,440 per month available to households earning between $51,360 and $76,320 a year.

And two more two-bedroom apartments that cost $2,196 per month are available to households earning $77,349 and $132,840 a year.

There are three three-bedroom apartments priced at $1,664 per month available to households earning between $59,623 and $88,560 a year.

And one three-bedroom apartment that costs $2,538 per month and $89,589 and $132,840 a year.

The apartment building stands on the corner of Hewes and South Third Street and is within walking distance of the Marcy Avenue J, M, Z train station, the Broadway Avenue G train station and the Metropolitan L, G train station.
