Lost Dog Might Be Reunited With Owners After 3 Months

Good samaritans saved the dog in East Williamsburg on Sunday, and they may have found a match with a dog who's been missing since October.

EAST WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — A little, gray dog with mats all over was found running around East Williamsburg on Sunday night, where several people stepped up to save him after he was hit by a car, one witness said. Luckily, the pup wasn't bleeding, but the witness said he appeared to be showing signs of shock. He was taken to the emergency vet by a couple, where the vet said he appeared to be 7 years old and not neutered.

Someone in a Facebook group for Lost Pets in Brooklyn, someone found a dog who looked similar and has been missing since October. The Bushwick family who has been looking for its dog, named Bourbon, for several months, is about to visit the dog at the vet to see if it is Bourbon. We'll update once we find out if it's a match.
