
WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — MUJI will open its first Brooklyn store on Wythe Avenue this fall, according to reports.
The Japanese design store that specializes in minimalist everything (clothes, luggage, furniture, decor and more) will open a massive 7,300-square-foot retail space at 200 Wythe Ave. on Sept. 8, Architectural Digest reported Monday.
"MUJI is delighted to open our first ever Brooklyn location in Williamsburg," said Toru Tsunoda, President of MUJI USA, in a statement.

The Williamsburg outpost will also host an embroidery station where shoppers will be able to create customized textiles, according to am New York.
This will be the seventh MUJI to open in New York city and is one of many new stores slated for the retailer’s 10-year anniversary.
