New Billiards Bar Coming To Williamsburg This Summer

Berry & White Billiards will be moving into its new space on North Fifth Street this June, according to brokers.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — A brand new billiards bar is coming to Williamsburg.

Berry & White Billiards is slated to take over the 1,400-square-foot ground floor space at 96 North Fifth St. in June, according to brokers.

The billiards bar, which we can only hope is named in honor of seventies soul icon Barry White, will also feature a 500-square-foot backyard, brokers said.

The 10-year lease came with an asking price of $125 per square foot and was brokered by Lee & Associates NYC executive managing director Garry Steinberg who said, “The bar scene in Williamsburg is on fire right now.”

Berry & White Billiards will have several other game-friendly watering holes to compete with in the neighborhood, and as Barry White once said, "Too much of anything is not good for you, baby."

There’s billiards at Maracuja Bar and pool at Midway on Grand Street, shuffleboard at Lucky Dog on Bedford Avenue, ping pong at Iona on Grand Street and Brooklyn Bowl on Wythe Avenue.

Berry & White Billiards do not appear to have applied for a liquor license yet, according to state records.
