Owners of Di An Di — the pho restaurant and bar coming to 68 Greenpoint Ave. — told their Instagram followers on Wednesday that its doors would be opening next week.

Di An Di is an expansion of An Choi — a Vietnamese eatery on the Lower East Side — and it’s soup-centric menu was designed by chef Dennis Ngo, according to Grub Street, who included the eatery on its list of the season’s most anticipated restaurant openings.
