GREENPOINT, BROOKLYN — The city’s 2016 bike map is now available for download!

The bridge runs over Newtown Creek, connecting Long Island City in Queens to upper Greenpoint.

Construction on Brooklyn's other big bike project, much further south — the Marine Park Connector in Jamaica Bay, which will link Flatbush Avenue and Avenue U — will begin this summer, also weather permitting, according to the DOT. (A DOT spokeswoman could not immediately provide the project's projected completion date.)
