Scam Your Tinder Date Into Thinking You Travel With New Williamsburg Murals

Swipe right? We'll see.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Good relationships are about manipulating your partner into thinking you’re cooler than you actually are.

Or at least, that’s the philosophy behind a new series of murals on Wythe Avenue and North 10th Street designed to help you lie on Tinder.

The murals, which all depict foreign cities, are meant to be a backdrop for Tinder selfies so that Brooklynites can look like they’ve been to Europe without breaking the bank or leaving the borough.

Fake vacation options include France, Russia, California (which many New Yorkers do consider to be a foreign country) and The Netherlands.

The murals, which come courtesy of Tinder and Delta Airlines, will be on display all summer long.
