TASTE Williamsburg Greenpoint Returns For 10th Annual Festival

Tickets go on sale Monday for one of Williamsburg's favorite food festivals.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — A beloved food festival that unites north Brooklyn's favorite food vendors will return to Williamsburg's waterfront in September for its 10th annual event.

Tickets go on sale Monday for TASTE Williamsburg Greenpoint, slated to take over the East River State Park at 90 Kent. Ave. on Sept. 15 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., organizers announced.

This year's line-up will include Tacocina, Leuca, Barano, Lighthouse, Zona Rosa, Baba’s Pierogies, among others.

Tickets will go up for grabs on Eventbrite Monday. Early bird general admission tickets cost $50 and include eight foods and all you can drink. VIP tickets, which start at $100, buy you all you can eat and drink, early access and entry into a lounge.

Proceeds will help the Firehouse North Brooklyn Community Center renovate the former Engine 212 Firehouse at 134 Wythe Ave., where they plan to host local social justice organizations and cultural events.

The firehouse is about $250,000 shy of meeting its $2.8 million fundraising goal, organizers said.
