Williamsburg L Train Shutdown Workshop Information
Thursday night marks a meeting held by MTA and Department of Transportation to discuss the 18-month L train closure with the neighborhood.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — On Thursday, have your opinion heard by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the MTA on the impending L train shutdown. The two government agencies are holding a meeting Thursday evening where they will be offering information residents want to know and discussing alternative travel plans during the 18-month closure.
You can also ask the DOT and MTA about accessibility issues, impacts of construction and other service-related changes on the subway and bus during the shutdown.
