Williamsburg Whole Foods Donating 5% of Opening Day Sales to New Greenpoint Library
The store opens at 9 a.m. on July 26.

WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN — Williamsburg's long-awaited Whole Foods will be opening at 9 a.m. next Tuesday.
The supermarket, located at 238 Bedford Ave., has already announced partnerships with Roberta's bakery, based in East Williamsburg, and Luke's Lobster, which will run a Tail Cart at the store.

- Five percent of the opening day's sales will be donated to the Greenpoint Library and Environmental Education Center for programming. (The Whole Foods in Gowanus will also donate 5 percent of its July 26 sales to the Center.)
- Tote bags designed by Brooklyn-based artist Audrey Louise Reynolds will be given out to the first 250 customers in the store
- Deals and giveaways will be listed on the store's social media accounts (@wfmbrooklyn)
- Restaurant "N4," which is "offering an all-natural take on the traditional Jewish delicatessen," accoridng to Whole Foods, will be serving wines from Red Hook Winery
- And food distributor Baldor Specialty Foods will run a kiosk where shoppers can order goods from businesses like Four & Twenty Blackbirds, The Konery and Gotham Greens
