Affordable Brooklyn Apartments Hit Housing Lottery

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK — A batch of affordably priced apartments hit the housing lottery over the weekend and will be up for grabs until May, city records show.

Four one-bedroom apartments and five two-bedroom apartments at 2802 Kings Highway are available through the NYC Housing Connect lottery to New Yorkers who meet specific income requirements.

The one-bedroom apartments cost $1,700 per month and are available to single people or couples who earn between $58,286 and $95,030 per year.

The two-bedroom apartments cost $2,200 per month and are available to households of up to four people who earn between $75,429 and $135,590 per year.

There is laundry in the East Midwood building, which is a mile walk from the Q train stop at Kings Highway.
