Celebrate Fall with Greenwood Playground's Harvest Hootenanny
Paint a pumpkin! Paint your face! Dance!

The leaves are tinged with orange and the nights have grown crisp: It is decisively fall, meaning it's time for Greenwood Playground's annual Harvest Hootenanny, to take place on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Activities like pumpkin painting and arts and crafts will be held throughout the day, in addition to a full slate of scheduled events which include:
12 to 2 p.m.: Balloons with Mike Gold the Ballooniac

12 to 2 p.m.:Â Face Painting with Elizabeth Zapata and Dari Litchman
11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.: Tin Pan Jam with Miss Cindy and Bargainland

12:30 to 2 p.m. Super Duper Dance Party with "That Girl's Got Rhythm."
2 to 3 p.m.: Cynthia King dance performance
3 to 4 p.m.: Sandra and David perform the songs of Moona Luna
Attendees should also plan to bring canned goods for donation to the Food Bank of New York City. Donations can also include non-perishable items like nuts, peanut butter, pasta, cold cereal, baby food, coffee, tea and spices.

Greenwood Playground is located on E. 5th Street between Ft. Hamilton Parkway and Greenwood Avenue.
