Out with the Old: New Antiques Store Coming to 10th Avenue
A former law office will now sell used home furnishings and other aged knick-knacks.

A former law office on the corner of Windsor Place and 10th Avenue will soon become an antiques shop.Â
Harry Chalbis, the broker for Alpine Realty who leased the space, told Patch on Thursday that although a lingering "For Rent" sign seems to imply that the storefront is still up for grabs, the new owners actually snapped it up a few weeks ago.Â
The store—which totals roughly 1,000 square-feet—will join Savor Brooklyn as one of the two newest businesses in the area.Â
